RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH DETERMINING THE NECESSITY OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM IN THE ALHAMBRA AVENUE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT, ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 6202, AND REQUESTING INVESTI- GATION THEREOF BY HEALTH OFFICER. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach, California in regular session assembled this 18b day of June, 1962, that the public interest and convenience require the construction and installation of a sanitary sewer system in: 1. Alhambra Avenue and Glencoe Avenue from their intersections with Beach Boulevard to their intersections with Silver Avenue ; 2. Beach Boulevard from a point 165 feet North of is intersection with Glencoe Avenue to its intersection with Alhambra Avenue as a health measure, and that proceedings for the construction of said sanitary sewer system under the Improvement Act of 1911, Division 7 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, are necessary as a health measure. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT EDWARD LEE RUSSELL, the Health Officer of the County of Orange, State of California, is hereby requested to investigate the necessity of said construction and the necessity of said proceedings under the Improvement Act of 1911 as a health measure, and to submit Res. No. 1611 his written opinion and recommendation in regard thereto. ADOPTED AND SIGNED this 18th day of June, 1962.
