A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH DETERMINING THE
NECESSITY OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF A
SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM. IN THE CAMERON AND
LIBERTY STREETS ASSESSMENT DISTRICT,
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 6203 .
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Huntington Beach, California in regular session assembled
this 2nd day of July, 1962 that the public interest and
convenience require the construction and installation of
a sanitary sewer system in;
Speer Street from a point 1220 feet 'West of
its intersection with Beach Boulevard to its
intersection with Beach Boulevard; Liberty
Street from a point 1200 feet West of its
intersection with Beach Boulevard to its
intersection with Beach Boulevard; Cameron
Street from its intersection with Newman
Avenue to a point 660 feet North of Newman
Avenue, and in Newman Avenue from a point
320 feet East of Cameron Street to its
intersection with Cameron Street,
as a health measure, and that proceedings for the construction
of said sanitary sewer system under the Improvement Act of
1911 , Division 7 of the Streets and Highways Code of the
State of California, are necessary as a health measure.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that EDWARD LEE RUSSELL, M.D. ,
the Health Officer of the County of Orange, State of California,
is hereby requested to investigate the necessity of said
construction and the necessity of said proceedings under the
Improvement Act of 1911 as a health measure, and to submit

his written opinion and recommendation in regard thereto.

acting City Clerk of the City of Huntington Beach, and ex-
off icio Clerk of the City Council of said city, do hereby
certify that the whole number of members of the City Council
of the City of Huntington Beach is five; that the foregoing
resolution was passed and adopted by the affirmative vote of
more than a majority of all the members of said City Council
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 2nd day of July,
1962 by the following vote:
