A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF-HUNTINGTON BEACH, APPROVING
ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM IN THE WARNER AVENUE
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT, ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
NO. 6"101
vWREAS, JANES R. TvTHEELER, Superintendent of
Streets of the City of Huntington Beach, California , has
presented to and filed with the City Clerk of the City
of Huntington Beach, California an assessment diagram
showing and covering the real property described in the
assessment district set forth in Resolution of Intention
No. 1531 adopted by the City Council of said city on
October 16 , 1961 , and said assessment diagram appearing
to be in all respects correct and proper and in full
conformity with the provisions of Sections 5341 and 5342
of the Improvement Act of 1911:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City
Council of the City of Huntington. Beach, California in
regular session assembled this 16th day of July, 1962
that said assessment diagram so prepared and filed, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the City Clerk is
hereby directed to certify the fact and date of this
approval and immediately thereafter deliver the said
assessment diagram to James R. Wheeler , Superintendent of
Streets , who shall proceed to have prepared and filed an
assessment in the time, form and manner as provided by law.

acting City Clergy. of the City of Huntington Beach, Calif-
ornia, and ear.-officio Clerk of the City Council of said
city, do hereby certify that the whole number of members
of the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach is
five; that the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted
by the affirmative vote or more than a majority of all the
members of said City Council at a regular meeting thereof
held on the 16th day of July, 1962, by the following vote:
