A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
HUNTINGTON BEACH AUTHORIZING THE
EXPENDITURE OF MONEY FROM THE PLAN-
NED LOCAL DRAINAGE FACILITIES FUND.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Huntington
Beach has adopted a Budget for the Fiscal Year 1962-1963 by
Ordinance No. 913; and
WHEREAS, Section 6 of said Ordinance No. 913 pro-
vides the procedure for authorizing expenditures from the
several Special Funds mentioned in said Section 6; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer and the City Administrator
have recommended an expenditure; add
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby approves said recom-
mendation;
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that an expenditure in the
amount of Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Nineteen and 29/100
Dollars ($9,719.29) is hereb'y� authorized to be made from the
Planned Local Drainage Facilities Fund payable to Lisbon Com-
pany for refund of fees collected for construction of Sugar
Avenue Storm Drain.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Huntington Beach, California, at a regular meeting thereof
held on the 17tb day of September, 1962.

of the City of Huntington Beach is five; that the foregoing
resolution was passed and adopted by the affirmative vote
of more than a majority of all the members of said City
Council at a regular meeting thereof held on the 170 day of
September, 1962, by the following vote:
