HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council - 1668 RESOLUTION NO. 1668 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH, CALIFORNIA AWARDING CONTRACT ASSESSIviZNT DISTRICT 170. 6202 ;.'HEREAS , sealed proposals or bids for performing the wor;. and improvements described in Resolution of Intention No. 1643 of the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach, California , adopted September 4, 1962, which said resolution is hereby expressly referred to for a description of said work and improvements and for all other particulars relative to the proceedings under said resolution of intention, have been publicly opened and examined and said City Council has declared the result of said bids at -Its meeting of October L5, 1962. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City or Huntington Beach, California, in regular session assembled this 15tb day of October , 1962, that said City r Council hereby rejects all of said proposals or bids , except that herein mentioned, and 'Hereby awards the contract for doing said work and ma'lcing said improvements to the lowest responsible bidder, to wit: Nick J. Leko & Son, 1252 S. Greenwood Ave. , Montebello, California BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of said City of Huntington Beach is hereby directed to publish notice V7 ,� of said award twice in THE HUNTINGTON BEACH NEWS , a newspaper published and circulated in said City of Huntington Beach, -1- Res.
