A.RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUNTINGTON BEACH, CAL IF ORN IA AWARDING CONTRACT
ASSESSKE NT DISTRICT No. 6203
.'I-MER.EAS , sealed proposals or bids for performing
the work and improvements described in Resolution of
Intention No. 1648 of the City Council of the City of
Huntington Beach, California, adopted September 4, 1962,
which said resolution is hereby empressly referred to
-or a descr-ipt::ion of said wor' and improvements and for
all other particulars relative to the proceedings under
said resolution of intention, have been publicly opened and
examined and said City Council has declared the result of
said bids at its meet-nc; of October 15, : ` 62.
NOWT , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
o'L= the City of Huntin-ton. Beach, California, in re�,ular session
assembled th4sl5th day of October, 1962, that sa-=d City
Council hereby rejects all of said proposals or bids ,
e1>cept that herein mentioned, and hereby awards the contract
for do-inr; said work and making said improvements to the
lowest responsible
bidder, to wits Ni ck J. Leko & Son,
1252 S. Greenwood Ave. , Montebello, California
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City C1er'.rl of said
City of Hunt{n-ton Beach is hereby directed to publish notice
o:L said award twice in THE HUNTINGTOT�� BEACH N�r S , a newspaper
published and circulated in said City of Huntington Beach,
