RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF HUNTINGTON BEACH., .,CALIFORNIA,AWARDING
CONTRACT
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 6201
WHEREAS, sealed proposals or bids for performing
the work and improvements described in Resolution of
Intention No. 1664 of the City Council of the City of
Huntington Beach, California, adopted October 15, 1962,
which said resolution is hereby expressly referred to
for a description of said work and improvements and for
all other particulars relative to the proceedings under
said resolution of intention, have been publicly opened and
examined and said City Council has declared the result of
said bids at its meeting of November 5, 1962.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Huntington Beach, California, in regular session
assembled this 5th day of November , 1962, that said City
Council hereby rejects all of said proposals or bids,
except that herein mentioned, and hereby awards the contract
for doing said work and making said improvements to the
lowest responsible bidder, to wit:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of said
City of Huntington Beach is hereb
y directed to publish notice
of said award twice in THE HUNTINGTON BEACH NEWS, a newspaper
published and circulated in said City of Huntington Beach,
Resolution No. 1674
State of California, and heretofore designated for that
purpose by said City Council.
ADOPTED AND SIGNED this 5th day of November, 1962.

I, PAUL C. JONES , the duly elected, qualified and
acting City Clerk of the City of Huntington Beach, and ex-
officio Clerk of the City Council of said city, do hereby
certify that the whole number of members of the City Council
of the City of Huntington Beach is five; that the foregoing
resolution was passed and adopted by the affirmative vote
of more than a majority of all the members of said City
Council at a regular meeting thereof held on the 5th day of
November, 1962, by the following vote, to wit:
