A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH, CALIFORNIA,
ADOPTING SCALE OF PREVAILING 'WAGES FOR
THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE DOYLE & SHIELDS
FIRE STATION.
BE IT RESOLVED by the 'City Council of the City of
Huntington Beach, California, in regular session assembled
this 5th day of November, 1962, that the general prevailing
rate of per diem wages for each type or craft of workman
needed to execute or perform the necessary work or improve-
ment for the construction of the Doyle and Shields Fire
Station in the City of Huntington Beach shall be set forth
and contained in the schedule thereof entitled "Schedule
of Per Diem Wage Rates", on file in the office of the Clerk
of said City of Huntington Beach.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that reference to said sched-
ule shall be made in the notice inviting sealed bids and all
contract documents in connection with said work and improve-
ment.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Huntington Beach, California, this 5th day of November,1962.

I , PAUL C. JONES, the duly elected, qualified and
acting City Clerk of the City of Huntington Beach, and ex-of-
ficio Clerk of the City Council of said City, do hereby cer-
tify that the whole number of members of the City Council of
the City of Huntington Beach is five; that the foregoing res-
olution was passed and adopted by the affirmative vote of
more than a majority of all the members of said City Council
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 5th , day of
November , 1962, by the following vote:
