A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HUNTINGTON
BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF MONEY FROM
THE PLANNED DRAINAGE AREA #7A FUND.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Huntington
Beach has adopted a Budget for the Fiscal Year 1962-63 by
Ordinance No. 913, and
WHEREAS, Section 6 of said Ordinance No. 913
provides the procedure for authorizing expenditures from
the several Special Funds mentioned in said Section 6, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer and the City Administrator
have recommended an expenditure, and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby approves said
recommendation,
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that an expenditure in
the amount of Twenty Thousand One Hundred Twelve and 50/100
Dollars ($20,112.50) is hereby authorized to be made from
the Planned Drainage Area PA Fund, payable to Pacific Sands
for participation in a cooperative project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Huntington Beach, Califom ia, this 21st day of January,
1963.

acting City Clerk of the City of Huntington Beach, and ex-
officio Clerk of the City Council of said City, do hereby
certify that the whole number of members of the City Council
of the City of Huntington Beach if five; that the foregoing
resolution was passed and adopted by the affirmative vote of
more than a majority of all the members of said City Council
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 2 st day of
January, 1963, by the following vote:
