Streets o the City of Huntin ton Beach, California, has
presented to and :tiled with the City Clerk of the City
o '- Huntington Beach, California an assessment diagram
snowing and covering the real property described in the
assessment district set Zorth in Resolution of Intention
No. 1643 adopted by the City Council of said city on
the 4th day of September, 1962, and said assessment diagram
appearing to be in all respects correct and proper and
in -full con:-ormity with the provisions of Sections 3341
and 5342 of the Improvement %ct of 1911:
NOX', ITIERLFORE, BE IT RE-SOLVED by the City
Council of the City oL Runtin ton Beach, California in
regular session assembled this 4th day of March, 1951
that said assessment diagram so prepared and filed,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the City Clerk is
hereby directed to certify the fact and date of this approval
and immediately thereafter deliver the said assessment
diagram to James R. Wheeler, Superintendent of Streets,
who shall proceed to have prepared and riled an assess-
ment in the time, form and manner as provided by law.

acting City Clerk of the City of Huntington Beach, Calif-
ornia, and ex-officio Clerk of the City Council of said
city, do hereby certify that the whole number of members
of the City Council o-- the City of Huntington Beach is
five; that the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted
by the affirmative vote of more than a majority of all the
members of said City Council at a regular meeting thereof
held on the 4th clay of March, 1963 , by the following vote:
