CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH DETZ1101INING THE: NECESSITY O3 T0"E CONSTRUCTION OF A SANITARY SE" s R SYSTEM, IN THE BOULEVARD GARDENS_ IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT, ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 6301 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach, California in regular session assembled this lath day o-1= March, 1963 that the public interest and convenience require the construction and installation of a sanitary sewer system in; 1. Beach Boulevard from the existing sewer therein North of Glencoe Avenue to theinter- section of Beach Boulevard and Edinger Avenue, and thence "'Test in Edinger Avenue to the existing manhole approximately 1200 feet 1"aest of said intersection; and 2. Said Sewer, as a health measure and that proceedings for the construction o-= said sanitary sewer system under the Improvement Act of 1911 , Division 7 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, are necessary as a health measure. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that ED ARD LEE RUSSELL, M.D. , the Health Officer of the County of Orange, State of California, is hereby requested to investigate the necessity of said construction and the necessity of said proceedings under the Improvement Act of. 1911 as a health measure, and to submit -1- his written opinion and recommendation in regard thereto.
