RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH,CALIFORNIA,
MODIFYING THE ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM AND
ASSESSMENT ROLL IN ALHAMBRA AVENUE,
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT No. 6202.
WHEREAS, the assessment diagram and assessment roll In
Alhambra Avenue Improvement District was filed with City
Clerk; and
WHEREAS, affidavits of posting, publication and mailing
of notice of hearing have been filed by City Clerk; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to the filing of said assessment
roll, it was discovered that certain parcels of land, as
set forth in detail in Schedule of Modifications hereto at.
tached, should be modified as indicated therein; and
WHEREAS,, this City Council is of the opinion that said
modification should be made;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of City of Hunting-
ton Beach hereby finds, determine andorders as follows:
Section 1. That the. Street Superintendent modify the
said assessment roll and diagram as set forth in a Schedule
of Modification, attached hereto and made a part hereof; and
Section 2. That the Street Superintendent forthwith
return the modified assessment roll and diagram to this

City Council for its further consideration.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Huntington Beach, California, at a regular meeting held on
the lst day of April, 1963.
