A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH EXPRESSING
SYMPATHY TO THE CITY OF FOUNTAIN VALLEY
AND TO THE FAMILIES OF FRED MOIOLA AND
LLOYD LICHLYTEB.
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Huntington Beach ex-
tends its sincere sympathy in the loss of your City officials,
husbands and fathers, Fred Moiola and Lloyd Lichlyter. Their
association and friendship in cive and community affairs will
be greatly missed by the people and their many friends in the
City of Huntington Beach.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Huntington Beach, California, at a regular adjourned meeting
held this 22nd day of April, 1963.

ing City Clerk of the City of Huntington Beach, and ex-officio
Clerk of the City Council of said City, do hereby certify
that the whole number of members of the City Council of the
City of Huntington Beach is five; that the foregoing resolu-
tion was passed and adopted by the affirmative vote of more
than a majority of all the members of said City Council at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 22___ day of April
1963.
