A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH AUTHOR-
IZING THE TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATIONS
BETWEEN DEPARTMENTS OR FUNDS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Huntington
Beach has adopted a Budget for the Fiscal Year 1962-1963 by
adoption of Ordinance No. 913; and
WHEREAS, Section 5 of said Ordinance No. 913 provides
the procedure for authorizing transfers of appropriations be-
tween departments and funds; and
WHEREAS, accounts within the 1962-1963 budget have
been summarized as completely as possible as of this date,
and certain accounts require minor adjustments to balance at
the close of the fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, it is now necessary to transfer said monies
between accounts within the General Fund of the City to cor-
rect account distribution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that transfers between
accounts within the General Fund are hereby authorized, as
follows:
