RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF HUNTINGTON BEACH, . CALIFORNIA ORDERING
LETTER OF COUNTY HEALTH OFFICER SPREAD IN
FULL UPON MINUTES AND. DECLARATION OF NECESSITY
OF INSTALLATION OF SANITARY SEWERS
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 6301
WHEREAS , the Health Officer of the City of
Huntington Beach and the County of Orange, State of California,
has certified by letter dated March 21 , 1963 to the City Council
of the City of Huntington Beach, California that in his opinion
the construction and installation of a sanitary sewer system to
serve the area adjacent to Beach Boulevard north of Glencoe
Avenue, Edinger Avenue, and MacDonald, Holt, Stark, and Aldrich
Streets in said City of Huntington Beach, as said area is
described and shown upon the plans and specifications in this
improvement district, is necessary as a health measure, and
has recommended that assessment proceedings be instituted under
the Improvement Act of 1911, Division 7 of the Streets and
Highways Code of the State of California for the installation
and construction of said sanitary sewer system in said area:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Huntington Beach, California, in regular session
assembled this 5th day of August, 1963 that the letter of said
Health Officer hereinabove referred to be spread in full upon
the minutes of this City Council.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the installation and
construction of a sanitary sewer system to serve said area
be and the same hereby is found and declared to be necessary
as a health measure, and that assessment proceedings should
be instituted under the provisions of the Improvement Act of
1911 , Division 7 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State
of California to install and construct said sanitary sewer
system.
ADOPTED AND SIGNED this 5th day of August, 1963.

I, PAUL C. JONES , the duly elected, qualified and
acting City Clerk of the City of Huntington Beach, and ex-
officio Clerk of the City Council of said city, do hereby
certify that the whole number of members of the City Council
of the City of Huntington Beach is five; that the foregoing
resolution was passed and adopted by the affirmative vote of
more than a majority of all the members of said City Council
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 5th day of August,
