A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH, CALIFORNIA,
ADOPTING SCALE PREVAILING WAGES FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF THE HEADQUARTERS FIRE
STATION,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Huntington Beach, California, in regular session
assembled this 7th day of October, 1963, that the
general prevailing rate of per diem wages for each
type or craft of workmen needed to execute or perform
the necessary work or improvement for the construction
of the Headquarters Fire Station in the City of Huntington
Beach shall be set forth and contained in the schedule
thereof entitled "Schedule of Per Diem Wage Rate', in-
eluded in the advertisement for Bids, and on file in. the
office of the Clerk of said City of Huntington Beach.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that reference to said
schedule shall be made in the notice inviting sealed bids
and all contract documents in connection with said work
and improvement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Huntington Leach, California, this 7th day of
October, 1963

I, PAUL C. JONES, the duly elected, qualified
and acting City Clerk of the City of Huntington Beach,
and ex-officio Clerk of the City Council of said City,
do hereby certify that the whole number of members of
the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach is
five; that the foregoing resolution was passed and
adopted by the affirmative vote of more than a majority
of all the members of said City Council at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 7th day of October ,
1963-
