'WHERFAS the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach has conducted a hearinv for the purpose of establishing the general prevailing rate of hourly wages in this locality for worlanen needed in the relocation of a water main and appurtenances in Edinger Avenue at the San Diego Freeway Crossing, and has considered evidence presented. NON TITE11CC�,ORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does hereby find, establish and determine that the general prevailing rate of hourly wages in this locality for workmen needed in the relocation of a water main and appurtenances in Edinger Avenue at the San Diego Free-way Crossing in the County of Orane., California and the general prevailing rate of le gal -holiday and overtime work is as follows: Hourly Wage Trade or Occupation: Rate:, CARP&TTERS Health and 'Welfare - 180 per hour Pension Fund - 10� per hour Vacation - 150 Foreman: Not less than 400 per hour more than the hourly rate of the highest classification over which he has responsibility., except "Pneumatic Nailer." The holidays upon which such rates shall be paid shall be all holidays re- cognized in the collective bargaining agreement applicable to the particular � tD craft, classification or type of woricnen employed on the project. Apprentices may be employed in conformity with Section 1777,5 of the California labor Code. Every such apprentice shall be paid the standard wage paid to apprentices under the regulations of the trade at which he is employed. Information relative to employment of apprentices shall be obtained from the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations who is the Administrative Officer of the California Apprenticeship Council. 8.
