HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council - 1944 RESOLUTION NO. 1944 RESOLUTION CF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH ADOPTING BUDGET FOR EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS ALLOCATED FROM THE STATE HIGHffAY FUND TO CITIES fHE,REAS, a master agreement has been executed by the City of Huntington Beach, hereinafter referred to as the City, and the State Department of Public Works, Division of Highways, hereinafter referred to as the Department, on March 7, 1961, for expenditure of State— allocated funds; and WHEREAS, a project statement has been prepared and was submitted to the Department on February 4, 1964 showing the estimated expenditures of such funds recommended to be made during the 1963 - 64 fiscal year; and WHEREAS, a budget approved by the Department on March 13, 1964 has been presented to the City Council in accordance with the project state— ment submitted by the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered said budget, as approved by the Department, and is familiar with the contents thereof; THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council that said budget be and°is hereby adopted as the budget of expenditures recommended to be made from such funds during the 1963 - 64 fiscal year.
