HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council - 1968 AESOLUTICN No. 1968 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH CHANGING THE NAME OF PORTIONS OF FLORIDA STREET WITHIN THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended to the City Council a change in the name of portions of Florida Street, due to the alignment of Seventeenth Street; NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Hunt- ington Beach resolves as follows: Section 1. That the portion of Florida Street from Seventeenth Street to Garfield Avenue be renamed Seventeenth Street. Section 2. That the portion of Florida Street from Garfield Avenue to Main Street be renamed Stang Lane. Section 3. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to send certified copies of this resolution to the County Clerk of Orange County and to the County Surveyor of Orange County, California.
