A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH EXPRESS-
ING APPRECIATION OF THE CITY TO MRS.
MILDRED MUSOLF FOR HER SERVICES AS A
MEMBER OF THE RECREATION COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, Mrs. Mildred Musolf, has served the City of
Huntington Beach as a member of the Recreation Commission
for a period from August 5, 1963 through May 59 1964; and
WHEREAS, the members of the City Council expressed
their confidence in her by appointing her to fill the unex-
pired term of Betty Oswald; and
WHEREAS, her service to the Recreation Commission,
the City and the community has been rendered with unselfish-
ness and devotion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Huntington Beach hereby expresses its sincere
appreciation of her service to the Recreation Commission, the
City and Community and extends the best wishes of the City
Council and the citizens of the City in her future endeavors.
PASSED AND ADOPTED By the City Council of the City
of Huntington Beach, California, at a regular meeting thereof
held on the 18th day of May, 1964.

1, PAUL C. JONES, the duly elected qualified and acting City
Clerk of the City of Huntington Beach and ex-officio Clerk of the City
Council of said City, do hereby certify that the whole number of
members of the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach is five;
that the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the affirmative
vote of more than a majority of all members of said City Council at
a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 18th day of
May 1964, by the following vote:
