A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
HUNTINGTON BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXPEN-
DITURE OF MONEY FROM THE SEWER FUND.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Huntington
Beach has adopted a Budget for the Fiscal Year 1963-1964 by
Ordinance No. 981, and
WHEREAS, Section 6 of said Ordinance No. 981 pro-
vides the procedure for authorizing expenditures from the
several Special Funds mentioned in said Section 6, and
WFEREt S, the Director of Public Works and the
City Administrator have recommended an expenditure, and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby approves said
recommendation,
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that an expenditure in the
amount of Two hundred forty and no/100 dollars ($240.00) is
hereby authorized to be made from the Sewer Fund payable to
Odmark and Bazil for reimbursement agreement for sewer 216
Nashville.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Huntington Beach, California, this 15th day of June, 1964.

acting City Clerk of the City of Huntington Beach, and ex-
officio Clerk of the City Council of said City, do hereby
certify that the whole number of members of the City Council
of the City of Huntington Beach is five; that the foregoing
resolution was passed and adopted by the affirmative vote
of more than a majority of all the members of said City
Council at a regular meeting thereof held on the 15th
day of June 1964, by the following vote:
