RESOLUTION OF T1-`E CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUII�TINGTON BEACT-_, CALIFORNIA
ADOPTING AN'7D STIB_LITTIztG A BUDGET FOR
MPENDITURE OF FUNDS ALLOCATET; FROINJ
THE ST".TE HIG!:,7 AY FUND TO CITIES
WHE'r ,AS, a Master Agreement for the budgeting and Expenditure
of funds Relocated from the State Highway Fund to Cities has been
entered into by the City of Huntington Beach, hereinafter referred
to as the city, and the State Department of Public Works, Division
of Highways, hereinafter referred to as the city, and the State
Department of Public Works, Division of highways, hereinafter
referred to as the department; and.,
Y�1�, the city colancil has prepared a project statement

showin�-. .estimated expenditures
of such.funds recommended to be made
during the 1964-65 fiscal year; and
�11H PU,9, the city council has heard read said project statement
a:ad is familiar- with the contents thereof;
TbsLLISFORE, be it resolved by the city co -r .1 of the City of
Huntington Beach that said project statement dated September 14,
1964, be and is hereby adopted as the budget of proposed expenditures
of the gas tax allocation to cities, said project statement be and
the same is hereby approved and the Director of Public Works is
directed to sign the same on behalf of said City, and said project
statement to be submitted to the Department of Public Works,
State of California, in accordance with the provisions of „section 197
of the Streets and Highways Code,

number of members of the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach
is five; that the foregoing; resolution was passed ane adopted by the
affirmative vote of more than a majority of all the members of said
City Council at a regular meeting thereof held on the 21st day of
September, 1964, by the following vote:
