RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUNTINGTON BEACH, CALIFORNIA DETERMINING NOT
TO MALE THE CHANGES IN WORK AS PROPOSED IN
RESOLUTION NO. 2045 ADOPTED SEPTEMBR 8, .
1964, ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 6302_
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Huntington
Beach, California did, on the 8th day of September, 1964, pass
and adopt its Resolution No. 2045 proposing to make certain
changes in the work to be done in this improvement district,
Assessment District No. 6302; and
WHEREAS , after the adoption of said resolution, the
City of Huntington Beach, California acquired all of the pro-
posod rights of way needed to be acquired to complete said work
as described in its Resolution of Intention No. 1990 adopted
June 15 , 1964, and, therefore , the changes proposed to be made
in the work as expressed in said Resolution No. 2045 did not
have to be made:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Huntington Beach, California , 'in regular session
assembled this 2nd day of November , 1964, that said City Council' s
proposal to make certain changes in the work to be done in said
Assessment District No. 6302 , as described in said Resolution No.
2045 , be abandoned and rescinded.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said work shall be done as
described and set forth in Resolution of Intention No. 1190
Res. No. 2058
passed and adopted on the 15th day of June , 1964, and in accord-
ance with the plans , profiles , detailed drawings and specifica-
tions referred to in said Resolution of Intention No. 1990.
ADOPTED this 2nd day of November , 1964.

I, PAUL C. JOWLS , the duly elected, qualified and
acting City Clerk of the City of Huntington Beach, and ex-
officio Clerk of the City Council of said city, do hereby certify
that the whole number of members of the City Council of the City
of Huntington Beach is five ; that the foregoing resolution was
passed and adopted by the affirmative vote of more than a majority
of all the members of said City Council at a regular meeting thereof
held on the 2nd day of November, 1964, by the following vote:
