REINHIOLTZ AT COMPENSATION GREATER THAN THE MINI14UM COMPENSATION FIXED AND DETERMINED BY OR- DINANCE. WHEREAS, the City of Huntington Beach Is In need of additional police personnel; and IV1HEREAS, the City Council has determined that It Is to the public interest that additional police personnel be em- ployed at above the minimum compensation; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the edu. cati6hal qualifications and experience of Jack L. Reinholtz justify a beginning salary In excess of said minimum compen- sation as set forth by ordinance, to-wit: Range 38, Step B.
