A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH AUTHORIZING THE
APPOINTMENT GIVO POLICEMAN JACK L. REINHIOLTZ
AT COMPENSATION GREATER THAN THE MINI14UM
COMPENSATION FIXED AND DETERMINED BY OR-
DINANCE.
WHEREAS, the City of Huntington Beach Is In need of
additional police personnel; and
IV1HEREAS, the City Council has determined that It Is to
the public interest that additional police personnel be em-
ployed at above the minimum compensation; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the edu.
cati6hal qualifications and experience of Jack L. Reinholtz
justify a beginning salary In excess of said minimum compen-
sation as set forth by ordinance, to-wit: Range 38, Step B.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Huntington Beach at a regular meeting held on the 15th day
of February, 1965,
