WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Legislature of California, Senate Joint Resolution No. 3; and WHEREAS, said resolution relates to legislative appor- tionment; and WHEREAS, said resolution: urges the legislatures of all states to petition Congress to call a convention to pro- pose a United States Constitutional amendment NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNT- ' INGTON BEACH HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach hereby approves and endorses Senate Joint Resolution No. 3 relating to legislative apportionment. Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to send copies of this resolution to all interested parties.
