HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council - 2156 RESOLUTION NO. 2156 A RESOLUTION APPROVING ACCEPTANCE OF THE RELOCkTION OF ELLIS AV-',?,N"UE AT MAIN STREET. IfHEREAS, a portion of Ellis Avenue was reconstructed and realigned to form a T-connection to Main Street as part of the State ' s improvement of Beach Boulevard; and WHEREAS, it is desired that the State relinquish to the City its interest in the relocation portion of Ellis Avenue as shown on map 15420-C, dated February 2, 1965, a copy of which is attached hereto; NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that this City Council approves and accepts this reconstruction and realignment of Ellis Avenue as set forth hereinabove* APPROVED AND SUBEITTED thisl9thday of April 1965.
