A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH RELATING TO
PARKING ON MAGNOLIA AVENUE.
WHEREAS, cars parked all day adjacent to commercial
establishments cause a hardship for people using these estab-
lishments; and
WHEREAS, there is sufficient off-street parking for
all day packers in the vicinity of Magnolia Avenue and Main
Street; and
WHEREAS, a two hour parking zone on the south side
of Magnolia Avenue between Main Street and 120 feet east of
Main Street would alleviate the all day parking situation
in that area;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Hunt-
ington Beach does hereby resolve that a two hour parking zone
is established on the south side of Magnolia Avenue between
Main Street and 120 feet east of Main Street .
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Huntington Beach, California, this 19th day of April ,
1965 .
