A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF QHUNTINGTON BEACH RELATING
TO 'NO STOPPING' AT DESIGNATED POINTS
ON PACIFIC COAST HIGHWAY.
WHEREAS, uncontrolled movements across Pacific Coast
Highway constitute a hazard to both vehicles and persons; and
WHEREAS, there is sufficient parking space for recreat-
ional use on the southwest side of Pacific Coast Highway;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Hunting-
ton beach does resolve as follows:
Section 1, That the Northeast side of Pacific Coast
Highway (S.R.1) between:
Santa Ana River and, Beach Boulevard,
and between:
Twenty-Third Street and the city limits, approx-
imately 1770 feet south of the centerline of
Warner Avenue,
be designated as 'No stopping' areas.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the CITY OF
HUNTINGTON BEACH, this 19b day of July 1965-

I, PAUL C. JONES, the duly elected, qualified and
acting City Clerk of the City of Huntington Beach, and
ex-officio Elerk of the City Council of said City do hereby
certify that the whole number of members of said City Counc-
il of the City of Huntington Beach is five; that the fore-
going resolution was passed and adopted by the affirmative
vote of more than a majority of all the members of said City
Council at a regular meeting thereof held on the 19ih day
Of July 2 1965.
