HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council - 2213 RESOLUTION No. 2213 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF QHUNTINGTON BEACH RELATING TO 'NO STOPPING' AT DESIGNATED POINTS ON PACIFIC COAST HIGHWAY. WHEREAS, uncontrolled movements across Pacific Coast Highway constitute a hazard to both vehicles and persons; and WHEREAS, there is sufficient parking space for recreat- ional use on the southwest side of Pacific Coast Highway; NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Hunting- ton beach does resolve as follows: Section 1, That the Northeast side of Pacific Coast Highway (S.R.1) between: Santa Ana River and, Beach Boulevard, and between: Twenty-Third Street and the city limits, approx- imately 1770 feet south of the centerline of Warner Avenue, be designated as 'No stopping' areas.
