A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH TO THE
WIDOW AND FAMILY OF HARRY LEBARD,
DECEASED.
IT IS RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH sends its sincere
condolences to LOIS LE BARD, widow of HARRY LE BARD, and
to his family.
HARRY LE BARD was an outstanding Civic leader who
among other accomplishments had been a member of the
Huntington Beach City Council, the Huntington Beach Union
High School District, and Orange Coast Junior College
Board of Trustees.
THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH will long remember
his unselfish services and contributions to the general
welfare of this community.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Huntington Beach this '- rii day of
