MAN OR MHANIG NEEDED FOR THE BECONSTRDGTION, SURFAGING, AND Il+MVMWS OF THE FOLWWING HIGHWAYS AND STILTS: WARNER ,AVENUE FROM 1999 FEW WEST OF BOLSA CHICA STREET TO 16W FEET EAST OF BOLSA CHICA STRUT; BOLSA CHIGA STREET FROM WARNER AVENUE TO HEIL AVUB; AND EDINGER AVENUE FROM 350 FEET WEST OF BOLSA CHICA STRKU TO 593 FAT EAST OF GRAHAM STREET; INCLUDING THE SIGN .IZATION OF EI3INGER AVENUE AT BOLSA CHICA STR0:d AND OF WARNER AVENUE AT BOLSA CHICA STREET; ALL IN THE CITY OF HUNTI GTON BEACH, CALIFORNIA. jffW:0W, the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach has conducted a hearing for the purpose of establishing the general pre- vailing rate of hourly wages in this locality for workmen needed in the reconstruction, surfacing, and improvements of the following High- ways and Streets: Warner Avenue from 1999 feet wrest of Bolsa Ghica Street to 1660 feet east of Bolsa Chica Street; Bolsa Chica street from Warner Avenue to Heil Avenue; and Edinger Avenue from 350 feet west of Balsa Chica Street to 593 feet east of Graham Street; including the signalisation of Edinger Avenue at Bolsa Chica Street and of Warner Avenue at Bolsa Chica Street- all in the City of Huntington Beach and has considered evidence presented. OEM= MAS014S - Time and one-half for the first three hours after the regularly constituted straight time shift, and all other overtime shall be double time. OPERATING ENGINEERS First three hours outside the regularly constituted shift shall be at the rate of time and one-half. All additional hours shall be at double-time. 4n Saturday work, the first eleven hours shall be at time and one-half and all additional hours at double time. Sundays shall be double-time. Q N WORTS - Double time shall be paid for any and all work in excess of eight (S) hours on any regular work day and for all time worked on Saturdays, Sundays and recognized holidays. LkBaW Time and one-half, except Sundays and holidays, which are double time. TEAMTERS - Time and one-half, except Sundays and holidays, which are double time. The rate of compensation for any classification not listed in the schedule, but which may be required to execute the proposed contract, shall be commensurate and in accord with the rates specified for similar or comparable duties in the Southern California Master Labor Agreements. The rates per hour, indicated above are based upon the local pre- vailing rates per day being eight times the above scheduled rate per hour. Hourly rates of pay are based upon eight hours per day for a full day or a fractional part of a day. The per diem wages of a fractional part of * day shall be the applicable rate per hour multiplied by the number of hours worked on said day other than for overtime and/or Sundays or Legal 6 Resolution No. 2276 Holidays.
