HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council - 2367 RESOLUTION No. 2367 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH APPROVING uv 66-14 - TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 5924 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hear- ing on UV 66-14 for exceptions to Tentative Tract Map 5924#9 and WHEREAS, as a result of said hearing the Planning Commission has recommended approval of UV 66-14, with the following conditions : lo All streets shall comply with standards proposed by the Department of Public Works and approved by both the Planning Commission (August 3,1965) and City Council (September 7, 196j ) . 2. The minimum front yard shall be 10 feet except the minimum front yard for garages entered di- rectly from the street shall be 22 feet* This condition of approval is not general in nature and a precise plan shall be submitted to the Planning Department for approval prior to issu- ance of any building permit. Said plan shall de- lineate the house location on each lot. 3. A full grown tree, as approved by the Park Sup- ervisor, shall be planted in the front yard of each lot and in exterior side yard of each cor- ner lot. 4. The minimum lot frontage shall be not less than 50 feet wide with 5000 sq. ft. of lot area. An average lot width of 60 ft. of frontage with 6000 sq. ft. of lot area shall be provided for each six contiguous lots in a block. 5. A 10 ft. minimum rear yard setback on irregular shaped lots may be permitted provided that the average setback for the building is 20 ft. On other lots a 10 ft. rear yard setback may be permitted for a portion of the dwelling provided a total open space of 900 sq. ft. with a minimum dimension of 20 ft. is maintained. R4s.No. 2367 NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Hunt- ington Beach does hereby approve UV 66-14-Tentative Tract Map No. 5924, with the conditions outlined above.
