A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH APPROV-
ING UV 66-23, Tentative Tract Map 6278.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hear-
in- on UV 66-23 for exceptions on Tentative Tract Map
No. 6278; and
WHEREAS, as a result of said hearing the Planning
Commission has recommended approval of UV 66-23, with the
following conditions:
1. All streets shall comply with standards proposed
by the Department of Public Works and approved by
both the Planning Commission (August 3, 1965) and
City Council (September 7, 1965) .
2* The minimum front yard shall be 10 feet except the
minimum front yard for garages entered directly '
from the street shall be 22 feet. This condition
of approval is not general in nature and a precise
plan shall be submitted to the Planning Department
for approval prior to issuance of any building
permits. Said plan shall delineate the house lo-
cation on each lot.
3. A full-grown tree, as approved by the Park Super-
visor, shall be planted in the front yard of each
lot and in the exterior side yard of each corner
lot.
4. The minimum lot frontage shall not be less than 50
ft. wide with 5000 sq. ft. of lot area. An aver-
age lot width of 60 ft. of frontage with 6000 sq.
ft. of lot area shall be provided for each six con-
tiguous lots in a block.
5. All other requests are denied,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Hunt-
Ington Beach, California, does hereby approve UV 66-23,
Tentative Tract map 6278, with the conditions outlined above.

acting City Clerk of the City of Huntington Beach, and ex-
officio Clerk of the City Council of said City, do hereby
certify that the whole number of members of the City Council
of the City of Huntington Beach is seven; that the foregoing
resolution was passed and adopted by the affirmative vote of
more than a majority of all the members of said City Council
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 5th day of July
1966 , by the following vote :
