HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council - 2427 RESOLUTION NO. 2427 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH APPROVING UV 66-30,TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 5525 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on UV-66-30 for exceptions on Tentative Tract Map 5525; and WHEREAS, as a result of said hearing the Planning Commission has recommended approval of UV 66-30, with the following conditions : 1. All streets shall comply with standards proposed by the Department of Public Works and. approved by both the Planning Commission (August 3, 1965) and City Council (September 7, 19 5) . 2. The minimum front yard shall be 10 ft . except the minimum front yard for garages entered directly from the street shall be 22 ft . This condition of approval is not general in nature and a precise plan shall be submitted to the Planning Department for approval prior to issuance of any building per- mits . Said plan shall delineate the house location on each lot. 3 . A full-grown tree, as approved by the Park Super- visor, shall be planted in the front yard of each lot and in the exterior side yard of each corner lot . 4. The minimum lot frontage shall not be less than 50 ft. wide with 5000 sq. ft . of lot area. An average lot width of 60 ft. of frontage with 6000 sq. ft . of lot area shall be provided for each six con- tiguous lots in a block. 5. All other requests are denied. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Hunt- ington Beach, California, does hereby approve UV 66-30, Ten- tative Tract Map 5525, with the conditions outlined above . 1 Res .
