A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
HUNTINGTON BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EX-
PENDITURE OF MONEY FROM THE SEWER
PUMP STATION NO. 17 FUND.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Huntington
Beach has adopted a Budget for the Fiscal Year 1966-67 by
Ordinance No. 1223, and
WHEREAS, Section 5 of said Ordinance No. 1223 pro-
vides the procedure for authorizing expenditures from the
several Special Funds mentioned in said Section 5, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and the City
Administrator have recommended an expenditure, and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby approves said
recommendations,
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that an expenditure in the
amount of Two Thousand Five Hundred Thirteen and 47/100
($2,513.47) Dollars is hereby authorized to be made from the
Sewer Pump Station No. 17 Fund, payable to Meredith Construc-
tion Company for work performed by reimbursement agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Huntington Beach, California, on the 3rd day of October,
1966.

I , PAUL C . JONES , the duly elected, qualified and
acting City Clerk of the City of Huntington Beach, and ex-
officio Clerk of the City Council of said City, do hereby
certify that the whole number of members of the City Council
of the City of Huntington Beach is seven; that the foregoing
resolution was passed and adopted by the affirmative vote of
more than a majority of all the members of said City Council
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 3rd day of October
19 66 , by the following vote :
