A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF HUNTINGTON BEACH ORDERING THE RENAMING OF
TWENTY-THIRD STREET TO GOLDENWEST STREET.
WHEREAS, the County Street Naming Committee recommend-
ed that Twenty-Third Street be renamed Goldenwest Street; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Huntington
Beach desires to have uniformity in street names within the
city; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on this matter on
October 3rd, 1966 in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Hunting-
ton Beach, California, and no one appeared to protest.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Hunting-
ton Beach hereby orders that Twenty-Third Street be renamed
Goldenwest Street.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Huntington Beach, California, this 20b day of October, 1966 .

resolution was passed and adopted by the affirmative vote of
more than a majority of all the members of said City Council
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 20b day of October
