AN ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF HUNTINGTON BEACH VACATING A SIX FOOT
WALKWAY EASEMENT LYING WESTERLY FROM
PARKER CIRCLE WITHIN THE CITY OF
HUNTINGTON BEACH, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Huntington
Beach, California, did, by unanimous vote on the 5th day of
December, 1966, at a regular meeting of said body, regularly
and duly adopt Resolution No. 2469, entitled, "A Resolution
of Intention of the City Council of the City of Huntington
Beach, California, to vacate a six foot walkway easement
lying westerly from Parker Circle within the City of Hunting-
ton Beach, California"; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Huntington
Beach did elect to proceed under the provisions of the Street
Vacation Act of 1941, Division 9, part 3 of the Streets and
Highways Code of the State of California; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk of the City of Huntington Beach
did cause a copy of said Resolution of Intention to be pub-
lished in the Huntington Beach News, a newspaper of general
circulation printed and published in the City of Huntington
Beach by one insertion on the 8th day of December, 1967; and
. WHEREAS, said resolution contained a notice that the
16th day of January, 1967, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M.
In the Council Chamber in the City Hall, Huntington Beach,
California, was the time and place, when and where a public
hearing was to be held upon said Resolution of Intention, at

which hearing all persons interested in or objecting to the
proposed vacation could be heard; and
WHEREAS, Notice of Vacation of the six foot walkway
easement lying westerly from Parker Circle, was posted as re-
quired by law;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Hunt-
ington Beach, after hearing the evidence offered by all per-
sons interested in said matter, does hereby find from all
evidence submitted, that the six foot walkway easement lying
westerly from Parker Circle, herein described as:
That walkway, six feet in width, as shown on a
map of Tract No. 3506, recorded in book 129,
pages 33 and 34 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California, being bounded on
the north by the north line of the south 3.00
feet of lot No. 35 of said tract, being bounded
on the south by the south line of the north 3.00
feet of lot No. 36 of said tract, being bounded
on the west by the west boundary line of said
tract, and being bounded on the east by the cir-
cular westerly right-of-way line of Parker Circle,
be, and the same is hereby vacated,
The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
cause a certified copy of this Order, attested to by the Clerk
under the seal of this City, to be recorded in the office of
the County Recorder of Orange County, California.

acting City Clerk of the City of Huntington Beach, and ex-
officio Clerk of the City Council of said City, do hereby
certify that the whole number of members of the City Council
of the City of Huntington Beach is seven; that the foregoing
resolution was passed and adopted by the affirmative vote of
more than a majority of all the members of said City Council
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 6th day of February ,
1967 , by the following vote :
