A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH APPROVING UV 67-17
TENTATIVE TRACT MAP No. 6379•
WHE.tiEAS, the Planning Commission held a public hear-
ing on UV 67-17 for exceptions on Tentative Tract map 6379;
and
v+HEAEAS, as a result of said hearing the Planning Com-
mission has recommended approval of UV 67-17, with the follow-
ing conditions:
1. The pedestrian access through the separation
wall shall be eight (8) ft. wide. The location
of said pedestrian access shall be approved
by the Planning Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Hunt-
ington Beach, California, does hereby approve UV 67-17, Ten-
tative Tract map 6379, with the conditions outlined above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Huntington Beach, California, this 5th day of June, 1967.

I , PAUL C. JONES, the duly elected, qualified and
acting City Clerk of the City of Huntington Beach, and ex-
officio Clerk of the City Council of said City, do hereby
certify that the whole number of members of the City Council
of the City of Huntington Beach is seven; that the foregoing
resolution was passed and adopted by the affirmative vote of
more than a majority of all the members of said City Council
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 5th
day of June i� 19 67 , by the following vote:
