A HESOLUrION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUNTINATON BEACH COAKE.NDING
HELEN R. AXTON FOR 4.3 ME,Ar3S OF FAITHFUL
SERVICE TO THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH.
WHEREAS, HELEN x. AXTON served the Department of
Public Works of the City of Huntington Beach from June 23rd,
1923 to November 15th, 1931 and from April 16th, 1934 to
June 30th, 1967; and
WHEREAS, HELEN R. AXTON served the Department of
Public Works in the capacity of Principal Clerk; and
1,1HEREAS, HELEN R. AXTON served the City of Huntington
Beach faithfully and with devotion to her position,
NOW, TM EF03E, the City Council of the City of Hunt-
ington Beach highly commends HELEN R. AXTON for her 43 years
of faithful, devoted, and loyal service to the City of Hunt-
ington Beach, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Huntington Beach, California, this 19th day of June,1967.

resolution was passed and adopted by the affirmative vote of
more than a majority of all the members of said City Council
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 19thday of June
