of June, 1967, at a regular meeting of said body regularly
and duly adopt Resolution NO. 2571 entitled "A RESOLUTION OF
INTENTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON

Beach did elect to proceed under the provisions of the Street
Vacation Act of 1.941, Division 9. pert 3 of the Streets and
Highway (lode California;of the State of 14 1 and
WHEREAS., the City Clerk of the City of Huntington Beach
did cause a copy of said Resolution of Intention to be pub-
lished in the Huntington -each 14e7;is, a newspaper of general
circulation printed and published in the City of Huntington
3each by one Insertion on the 8th day of June, 1.967; and
WHEREAS, said resolution contained a notice that the
3rd day of July, 1967, at the hour of 7:30 otclock p.m. or
as soon thereaftc,r as possible In the Council Chamber In the
City Hall, Huntington Beach, California, was the time and

place, when and where a public heorinS vies to be held upon
said 'Resolution of intention, at which hearing all persons
interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation could be
heard; and
WHEREAS, Notice of Vacation of certain portions of

NOW, THELREFOP�E$ the City Council of the City of Hunting-
ton Beach., after hearing the evidence offered by all persons
Interested in said ,natter, does hereby find from all evidence
submitted, that certain portions of jandlei ood Drivel Deer-
vale Lane, a~aona Lane and Hazelbrook Drive, herein described
as:

Those portions of candlewood Drive and Deervale Lane In the
City of Huntington Beach$ County of Qrenf,,,e, State of Califor-
yiiia, ,, as shown on a map of Llract Nlo. 5755, recorded In Book
2191 pages 26 and 27 of Hiscellaneous Maps, records of said
OrEAn,Ze County, lying Northerly and Easterly of the following
described lines:

of said Tract with a line. which is 37- 00 feet Northerly,
measured at right angles, and parallel with the center line of

shown on said Tract lying Northerly and westerly of the fol-
lowing described lines :
Beginning at the intersection of the East line of Lot
26 of said Tract with a line which Is 37- 00 feet Northerlyt
measured at right angles, and parallel with the center line
of Candlewood Drive as shown on said Tract; thence Westerly
along said parallel line 117.81 feet, more or less, to its
intersection with a line which is 34.44 feet Westerly,
measured at right angles, and parallel with the center line
Of Ramona Lane as shown on said tract; thence Southerly along
last mentioned parallel line 170.61 feet, more or less, to
the Southerly line of Lot 30 of said Tract.

ment shall be prolonged or shortened so as to terminate on

be and the same is hereby vacated.
The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
cause a certified copy of this Order, attested to by the
Clerk under the seal of this City, to be recorded in the of-
Tice of the County Recorder of Orange County, California.

acting City Clerk of the City of Huntington Beach, and ex-

of the City of Huntington Beach is seven; that the foregoing
resolution was passed and adopted by the affirmative vote of
more than a majority of all the members of said City Council
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 17th
