L11, 4E9 AND HAZELBROOK DRIVE IN SAID CITY AND GIVING .7,OTICE OF HEARING ON SAID VACATION"; and v1HEMEAS, the City Council of the City of Huntington 01 Beach did elect to proceed under the provisions of the Street Vacation Act of 1.941, Division 9. pert 3 of the Streets and Highway (lode California;of the State of 14 1 and WHEREAS., the City Clerk of the City of Huntington Beach did cause a copy of said Resolution of Intention to be pub- lished in the Huntington -each 14e7;is, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in the City of Huntington 3each by one Insertion on the 8th day of June, 1.967; and WHEREAS, said resolution contained a notice that the 3rd day of July, 1967, at the hour of 7:30 otclock p.m. or as soon thereaftc,r as possible In the Council Chamber In the City Hall, Huntington Beach, California, was the time and 1.
