AN ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUNTINGTON BEACH VACATING A PORTION OF WARNER
AVENUE ADJACENT TO TRACT No. 5791•
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Huntington
Beach, California, did, by unanimous vote on the 15th day of
January, 1968, at a regular meeting of said body, regularly
and duly adopt Resolution No. 26829 entitled, "A Resolution of
Intention of the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach,
California, to vacate a portion of Warner Avenue, adjacent to
Tract No. 5791; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Huntington
Beach did elect to proceed under the provisions of the Street
Vacation "Act of 1941s Division 99 Part 39 of the Streets and
Highways Code of the State of California; and
WHME EAS, the City Clerk of the City of Huntington Beach
did cause a copy of said Resolution of Intention to be publish-
ed in the Huntington Beach News, a newspaper of general circu-
lation printed and published in the City of Huntington Beach
by one insertion on the 22nd day of January, 1968; and
WHEREAS, said resolution contained a notice that the
19th day of February, 1968 at the hour of 7 :30 P.M. or as soon
thereafter as possible, in the Council Chamber in the City Hall,
Huntington Beach, California, was the time and place, when and
where a public hearing was to held upon said Resolution of In-
tention, at which hearing all persons interested in or objecting
to the proposed vacation could be heard; and

WHEREAS, Notice of vacation of a portion of Warner
Avenue, adjacent to Tract No. 57919 was posted as required
by law;
NiOW, THEREFORE* the City Council of the City of Hunt-
ington Beach, after hearing the evidence offered by all per-
sons interested in said matter, does hereby find from all evi-
dence submitted, that a portion of Warner Avenue, adjacent to
Tract No. 5791, herein described as:
That portion of Warner Avenue in the City of Huntington
Beach, County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 5 of Tract 5791
as per map recorded in book 236, pages 20 through 23,
Inclusive, of Misce;leneous Maps, records of said Orange
County-; thence S 87 50' 15" E 410.00 feet to the most
Easterl6 corner of Lot 9 of said Tract; thence along the
Easterly line of said Tract N 150 229 02" E 20.50 feet
to a line which is parallel with and distant 60.00 feet
Southerly, measured at right angles, from the centerline
of ?darner Avenue as shoen on said Tract; thence along
said parallel line S 89 249 25" W 415.16 feet to the
point of beginning,
be, and the same is hereb y vacated.
The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
cause a certified copy of this Order, attested to by the
Clerk under the seal of this City, to be recorded in the of..
fice of the County ;recorder of Orange County, Calif.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Huntington Beach, California, at a regular meeting thereof
held on the 4th day of March 1968.

I , PAUL C . JONES, the duly elected, qualified and
acting City Clerk of the City of Huntington Beach, and ex-
officio Clerk of the City Council of said City, do hereby
certify that the whole number of members of the City Council
of the City of Huntington Beach is seven; that the foregoing
resolution was passed and adopted by the affirmative vote of
more than a majority of all the members of said City Council
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 4th day of March ,
