HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council - 2719 RESOLUTION No. 2719 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH APPROVING CONDIT- ILONAL EXCEPTION NO. 68-19 TENTATIVE TRACT MAP NO. 5562. WHEREAS, the planning Commission held a public hear- ing on Conditional Exception NO. 68-1 for exceptions on Ten- tative Tract Map No, 5562; and WHEREAS, as a result of said hearing the plannin'-",, Com- mission denied approval of Conditional Exception NO, 68-1; and WHEREAS, the City Council, after study and considera- tion P.i­roved Conditional Exception 68-1, with the following exceptions: le All streets shall'1 comply with standards proposed by the Depart.ment of Public 'works and approved by both the Planning Commission (August 39 1965) and City Council (September 7. 1965) . 2. A tree, equivalent to a 30 Inch box tree, as approved by the Street Tree Supervisorg shall be planted in the front yard of each lot and In the exterior side yard of each corner lot, 3. An 18 Inch wide easement for utility purposes shall be provided adjacent to the sidewalk on streets having less than 54, of right-of-way. Construction of any vertical structure within said easement shall be ap- proved by the Department of Public Works. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Hunting- ton Beach does approve Conditional Exception No. 68-1sTentative Tract Map No. 5562, with the conditions outlined above. 1.
