HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council - 2751 RESOLUTION NO. 2751 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH APPROVING CONDITIONAL EX- CEPTION NO. 68-9 RELATIVE TO TENTATIVE TRACT NO. 6575 WHEREAS, on April 16, 1968 the Planning Commission of the City of Huntington Beach held a, public hearing on Conditional Exception No. 68-9 for Tentative Tract No. 6575; and As a result of said hearing, and after study and consider- ation, said Planning Commission approved Conditional Exception No. 68-9 subject to the following conditions : 1. All streets shall comply with standards proposed by the Department of Public Works and approved by both the Planning Commission (August 3, 1965) and the City Council (September 7, 1965) . 2. The minimum front yard shall be ten (10) feet except the minimum front yard for garages entered directly from the street shall be twenty-two (22) feet. This condition of approval is not general in nature and a, precise plan shall be submitted to the Planning De- partment for approval prior to issuance of any building permits . Said plan shall delineate the house location on each lot. 3. A tree, equivalent to a. thirty (30) inch box tree, as approved by the Street Tree Supervisor, shall be planted in the front yard of each lot and in the ex- terior side yard of each corner lot. 4. The minimum lot frontage shall not be less than fifty (50) feet wide with five thousand (5000) square feet of lot area. An average lot width of sixty (60) feet of frontage with six thousand (6000) square feet of lot area, shall be provided for each six (6) con- tiguous lots in a, block. 5. An eighteen (18) inch wide easement for utility purposes shall be provided adjacent to all sidewalks on streets 1. Res . No. 2751 i having less than fifty-four (54) feet of right of way. Construction of any vertical structures within said easement shall be approved by the Department of Public Works . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach that it does approve Conditional Excep- tion No. 68-9 subject to the conditions set out above. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Hunt- ington Beach at a, regular meeting thereof held on the 20th day of May. 1968.
