A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF HUNTINGTON BEACH APPROVING CONDITIONAL EX-
CEPTION NO. 68-17 RELATIVE TO TENTATIVE TRACT
NO. 6331
WHEREAS, on April 16, 1968 the Planning Commission of the
City of Huntington Beach held a, public hearing on Conditional
Exception No. 68-17 for Tentative Tract No. 6331; and
As a, result of said hearing, and after study and consider-
ation, said Planning Commission approved Conditional Exception
No. 68-17 subject to the following condition:
All provisions of Code Amendment No. 68-2
(street widths) shall be complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Huntington Beach that it 'does approved Conditional Ex-
ception No. 68-17 subject to the condition set out above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Hunt-
ington Beach at a, regular meeting thereof held on the 20th day
of May, 1968.

I , PAUL C. JONES, the duly elected, qualified and
acting City Clerk of the City of Huntington Beach, and ex-
officio Clerk of the City Council of said City, do hereby
certify that the whole number of members of the City Council
of the City of Huntington Beach is seven; that the foregoing
resolution was passed and adopted by the affirmative vote of
more than a majority of all the members of said City Council
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 20th
