0 RESOLUTION NO. 3027 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNT INGT ON BEACH AWARDING_ CONTRACT .ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 6601 WHEREAS , sealed proposals or bids for performing the work and improvements described in Resolution of Intention No. 2917 of the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach, California adopted February 3 , 1969 , which said resolution is hereby expressly referred to for a description of said work and improvements and for all other particulars relative to the proceedings under said resolution of intention, have been publicly opened and examined, and said City Council has declared the result of said bids at its meeting of July 7 1969 NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE© by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach, State of California, in regular session assembled, that said City Council hereby rejects all of said pro- posals or bids , except that herein mentioned, and hereby awards the contract for doing said work and making said improvement to the lowest responsible bidder , to wit: R. M. Vukanovich Construction Company, 732 South Garfield Avenue, Alhambra, California, 91801. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of said City of Huntington Beach is hereby directed to publish notice of said award twice in the Huntington Beach News , a newspaper published and circulated in said City of Huntington Beach, State of California, and heretofore designated for that purpose by said City Council. -1- ADOPTED the 21af day of ..
