- A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUNTINGTON BEACH ADOPTING STANDARD CONDITIONS
REQUIRED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND
PLANNING DEPARTMENT FOR APPROVAL OF ALL FINAL
TRACT MAPS
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works and the Planning
Department have specified certain standard requirements which
are necessary to the approval of all final tract maps; and
The City Council desires to adopt and incorporate such re-
quirements into the permanent records of the city,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Huntington Beach that the city does require that the
following conditions shall be required as standard conditions
of approval for all final tract maps :
1. Deposit of fees for water, sewer, drainage , enginering
and inspections .
2 . Deposit of park and recreation fees .
3 . Bond for improvements .
4 . Bond for monuments .
5 . Subdivision agreement .
6 . Certificate of insurance .
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Huntington Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 20th
day of October, 1969 .

I , PAUL C. JONES, the duly elected , qualified and
acting City Clerk of the City of Huntington Beach, and ex-
officio Clerk of the City Council of said City, do hereby
certify that the whole number of members of the City Council
of the City of Huntington Beach is seven; that the foregoing
resolution was passed and adopted by the affirmative vote of
more than a majority of all the members of said City Council
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 20th
day of October , IO 62 _, by the following vote :
