HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council - 3062 RESOLUTION NO. w62 RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, ESTIMATE OF COST , AND ASSESSMENT DISTRICT MAP ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 6803 HUNTINGTON BEACH, CALIFORNIA BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach, State of California , in regular session assembled, that the Engineer of Work be and he hereby is authorized and directed to prepare plans and specifications and an estimate of cost for the construction and installation of: curb and gutter , cross gutters , street paving, an eight inch vitrified clay pipe sewer main with four inch vitrified clay pipe house laterals , and an eight inch and a twelve inch asbestos cement domestic water main in Green Street between Warner Avenue and Pearce Street , in Milo Street from Green Street to 165 feet West of the center line of Green Street , and in Pearce Street from 165 feet West of the center line of Green Street to 487 feet East of the center line of Bolsa Chica Street . BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that proceedings for such work shall be taken in accordance with the provisions of the Improvement Act of 1911 under a resolution of intention to be hereafter adopted, provided that said City Council obtains jurisdiction to proceed with said work under the provisions of the Special Assessment Investiga- tion, Limitation and Majority Protest Act of 1931 ; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Engineer of Work be and he hereby is directed to prepare a plat or map showing the boundaries of the district to be assessed to pay the cost of said proposed work -1- and improvement .
