A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUNTINGTON BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF
MONEY FROM THE DRAINAGE DISTRICT NO. 12 FUNDS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the city of Huntington Beach has adopted
a Budget for the Fiscal Year 1970-71 by Ordinance No. 1585, and
WHEREAS, Section 5 of said Ordinance No. 1585 provides the procedure
for authorizing expenditures from the several Special Funds mentioned in
said Section 5, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and the City Administrator
have recommended an expenditure, and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby approves said recommendations,
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that an expenditure in the amount of Eleven
Thousand Five Hundred Forty three and 19/100 dollars ($11,543.19) is hereby
authorized to be made from the Drainage District No. 12 Fund payable to
Mills Construction Company for work performed per Reimbursement Agreement
No. 70-D3.

I , PAUL C. JONES, the duly elected , qualified and
acting City Clerk of the City of Huntington Beach, and ex-
officio Clerk of the City Council of said City, do hereby
certify that the whole number of members of the City Council
of the City of Huntington Beach is seven; that the foregoing
resolution was passed and adopted by the affirmative vote of
more than a majority of all the members of said City Council
at a regular meeting thereof held on the „ 17th
day of May 13 71 , by the following vote:
