A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF HUNTINGTON BEACH DECLARING PRIVATELY-
OWNED STREETS IN VILLA PACIFIC TRACTS SUBJECT
TO PROVISIONS OF STATE VEHICLE CODE
WHEREAS, there has been filed with the City of Huntington
Beach a petition, signed by a majority of the owners in Villa
Pacific Tracts 5559 , 5560 and 5561, requesting this Council to
declare the privately-owned streets in such tracts to be sub-
ject to provisions of the California Vehicle Code; and
Pursuant to Section 21107 .7 of the California Vehicle

poses of vehicular traffic, but by reason of the proximity

dents residing along such roads and the motoring public will
best be served by an application of the California Vehicle
Code to such roads .
