HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council - 3338 RESOLUTION NO. 3338 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH OPPOSING THE PASSAGE OF AB 2294 WHEREAS, the City of Huntington Beach has determined that the location of mobilehomes and mobilehome parks and adoption by ordinance of land use standards for mobilehome parks , travel trailer parks , recreational trailer parks , temporary trailer parks and tent camps including minimum land parcel area, perimeter land parcel setbacks , perimeter landscaping, walls , signs , and access are criteria that should be established by either a city or county , NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach as follows : 1. That it does hereby oppose passage of Assembly Bill 2294 . 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to forward copies of this resolution to Assemblymen Robert H. Burke and Kenneth Cory .
