HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council - 3345 RESOLUTION NO. 3345 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH RESCINDING A PORTION OF RESOLUTION 3035. WHEREAS, on the J&hof August 1969, the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach passed and adopted Resolution 3035, therein requesting the closure of several median openings in Beach Boulavard; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and considered requests of effected property owners and has found in their behalf; and WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has been instructed to retain certain median openings previously ordered closed. BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach rescinds that portion of Resolution 3035 relating to Liberty Street and hereby declares that the median opening at Liberty Street shall remain open.
